At MyOradent, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Cost: We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all standard orders.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.00.
(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues outside of our control).
3. Where We Ship
Currently, MyOradent only ships within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@myoradent.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myoradent.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
