SECTION 2: SAFETY & INGREDIENTS
This is a common concern with charcoal powders, but MyOradent is different. We use ultra-fine Calcium Carbonate and Bentonite Clay.
Our formula has been verified to have a Low RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasivity) score of 157. For context, the safety limit set by the ADA is 250. SECTION 3: USAGE TIPS
Yes, MyOradent works perfectly with both manual and electric toothbrushes (Sonicare, Oral-B, etc.). The vibration of an electric brush actually helps the fine powder work its way between teeth for an even deeper clean.
Most commercial toothpastes contain Glycerin to keep the paste texture smooth. However, Glycerin can leave a “film” or coating on your teeth that prevents your saliva from naturally remineralizing your enamel.
MyOradent is Glycerin-Free. When you switch, you might notice your teeth feel “squeaky clean” (literally). This means the coating is gone, and your teeth are finally clean and able to “breathe” naturally.
Water is the enemy of fresh powder! To keep your jar fresh:
- Do not stick a dripping wet brush directly into the jar.
- Tap the excess water off your brush thoroughly before dipping the tips of the bristles lightly into the jar.
- Alternatively, use a small spoon to sprinkle powder onto your brush.
- Always close the lid tightly after use.
